PASTOR JACKSON is being honored for his work in the community by Hackensack Enrichment & Learning Program (H.E.L.P.), Inc., at their annual Everyday Hero “Sankofa” Awards Brunch on Saturday, February 24, 2007, 11:00 a.m., at The Excelsior in Saddle Brook, NJ.  Tickets are $45.00 and are available through the office. 

Blessed Little Readers Literacy Ministry

The Literacy Ministry is an enrichment program to encourage the reading development for grades K-3 that has begun in the home and school.  The program will promote stronger reading skills, using Bible stories and other reading materials. 

There will be a parent information and registration meeting on Saturday, February 24, 2007 at 10:30 a.m.  Please sign up on the sheet located outside the church office if you plan to attend this meeting.  For further information, see Rev. Parrott or Marion Gregg-Whited, Chairperson.

 

THE EDUCATION & SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE

CHRISTIAN INSTITUTE 

The Winter semester of the Christian Institute begins Monday, February 5, 2007 at 7pm.  Classes will run for six weeks ending on March 19.  We invite you and your entire family to come out and renew your mind, have fellowship and fun.
